When I was growing up my grandma used to cook and bake all of the time.  I was the baker in the family with Grandma.  Before she passed away, she hand wrote her recipes for me and I am going to share them with you.  Some of them are left up for interpretation so I will do my best.

Grandma Brown's Chocolate Pie
Instructions
  1. Heat milk, sugar and unsweetened chocolate until hot but not to boiling.

  2. Add flour to thicken with the egg yolks slowly. Stir until thick.
  3. Add vanilla.
  4. Pour into baked pie crust.

  5. Grandma says, "You can put egg whites on top but I put cool whip on top when I serve it."
