A brasserie is defined as a restaurant serving simple hearty food and drinks at affordable fares, a place that brings people together in a vibrant friendly atmosphere. The menu is continental and moderately priced, ideal for quick bites or leisurely meals. Our Chef, Jeremy Duclut, revisits American classics with an innovative twist, and flavors his cuisine with subtle elements from his traditional French training and native Burgundy.
