Grandma Brown's Beef Barbecue

Grandma Brown's Beef Barbecue

Lori Brown
This is terrific northern barbecue! My grandparents were from Michigan so she did her own take on it. Makes it worth a try. She did not include any measurements in this so I am going to do my best.

  • Break up the roast (it should fall apart) and take out the fat.
  • Grandma says to add ketchup, mustard, worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce and barbecue sauce a little bit at a time until you get the right taste.
