Louie’s Italian Eatery – Virtual Restaurant Launch

In the wake of COVID-19, Louie Spetrini, Managing Partner, and Rocco Rinaldi, Partner of Nueva Cantina have launched Louie’s Italian Eatery.

It is a virtual restaurant, which is a restaurant inside of another restaurant exclusively for delivery with online ordering only. (There are also “ghost kitchens”, which have no retail presence and essentially serve as a meal preparation hub for delivery orders.)

With Louie’s Italian Eatery, the food is also available for pick-up – curbside, and inside as well. Uber Eats is handling the delivery. Order on the Uber Eats app, or call the Nueva Cantina number for takeout – (727) 851-9579. (The full Nueva Cantina menu is also still available.)

Louie says, “The recipes are my families and I’ve been making them for 40 years. Many of these items were also on my menu at my Atlanta restaurant ‘Big Red Tomato’. We will be utilizing the Nueva Kitchen and I will be doing the cooking.”

Some of the menu items include: Italian Wedding Soup, Lasagna, and Baked Ziti. There are also sandwiches and subs, and other Italian classics. See the full menu below.

Service starts today, Monday, March 30 at 4pm, and from then on it will be 11am-9pm.
