Noble Crust - The Review:
So, I heard great things yesterday when I posted that I was headed to Noble Crust last night. And I must say that it totally lived up to its billing. My parents were very thrown by the eclectic menu and I was nervous that they were going to hate it, but they ended up loving it!
We started with a succulent Caprese salad appetizer. Unfortunately it is not on their online menu so I can't give you the description. I am not really sure what the tofu looking things are, they may have been tofu, which I normally would not order, but I must say, they were very good! My mother ordered the Peach & Fennel Salad which also contained local greens, radishes, pecans, pickled shallots & goat cheese with a balsamic honey mustard. She LOVED it! She dug in so fast that I could not get a pretty picture.

My father ordered the Bronzed Grouper. I believe the words out of his mouth, more than once, were "This is absolutely delicious! One of the best meals I have ever had!"

I ordered, also off of the specials menu, the Japanese Eggplant Parm Pizza. What a great combination of flavors. They melded together just right. She warned me that it was spicy. Not sure what she considers spicy, but not so much. It did have a mild spice that was very, very good!

For dinner, my mother had the Margherita Pizza with added Pepperoni. She loved it as well and raved about the crust to us and our server. Hopefully she will branch out more next time. Both my parents did try mine, which was obviously more eclectic, and loved it too.

My 12 year old son had a basic cheese pizza. The cheese was delicious. It was as big as mine and he ate every bite. He is a very picky cheese pizza eater.

I asked our server if this was the first Noble Crust ever open and she said it is the "one and only". She also said that they were not going to franchise. I feel sorry for the rest of the cities out there if they don't, but I am fine with keeping this gem all to our St Petersburg Foodie selves...
In conclusion, if you have not been, it is well worth your trip! I will definitely be going back and taking Kevin next time.
