“We’re extremely excited to be able to create a new concept with this joint venture. In which none of this would be possible if it wasn’t for our hardworking and dedicated team members. Growth is always a vehicle for internal staff advancement. We’re eager to become a part of the Grand Central District and Downtown St. Pete community.” Stated Tj Theilbar Co – Owner of Noble Crust and Noble Tavern.

Blending the concepts of Noble Crust and Fat Beet Farm Kitchen & Bakery was a driving force behind the decision to launch Noble Tavern Off The Farm.

Noble Tavern will be a polished casual craft cocktail bar with creative culinary dishes with the atmosphere of a traditional old world tavern and wrapped it into a modern design. Guests can have a seat and enjoy a drink, featuring an exciting list of classic and craft cocktails, craft beer and barrel fresh wines. It will combine the locally sourced farm fresh flavors of Fat Beet Farm with small plates and our well known southern hospitality to create a unique experience. With an emphases on a dynamic musical atmosphere, Noble Tavern simply will be the place for great food, craft cocktails and good vibes with friends and family.
