Grab and Go Section

The perfect lunch for me is one that makes me feel good and fuels me with wholesome ingredients. In a rush? The grab and go section at the Rollin’ Oats Cafe is super ideal for picking up something quick and yummy.

Veggie Hummus Wrap
Veggie Hummus Wrap

The Veggie Hummus Wrap is made with hummus, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, sprouts, red onions, and seasonings on a spinach tortilla. I loved the crunchiness from the veggies and the hummus was very flavorsome too. If you’re a vegetarian or participating in Meatless Mondays like me, I definitely recommend this wrap!

 Crunchy Broccoli Salad
Crunchy Broccoli Salad

For a side with my Veggie Hummus Wrap, I decided to order the Crunchy Broccoli Salad from the case at the cafe. Everything in the case is prepackaged, because of COVID-19, which made me feel more assured about ordering something from here! The Crunchy Broccoli Salad contains broccoli, organic celery, organic carrots, onion, raisins, dried cranberries, soy-free vegenaise, sunflower seeds, and spices/seasonings. This little bowl is mighty with a delicious bite every time. Each ingredient was seasoned nicely.

Tropical Breeze Smoothie

Since I had enough veggies in this meal, I knew I would crave something sweet after. Rollin Oat’s Cafe offers fruit and power smoothies that are made with 100% fresh, frozen fruit. Most of the smoothies are vegan friendly too! There are so many to choose from and the Tropical Breeze Smoothie was calling my name with mangos, bananas, coconut milk, and pineapple juice. It sounds simple, and it was, simply sweet and refreshing.

The Rollin’ Oats Cafe menu has a ton, and I mean a ton, of sandwiches. From simple deli sandwiches to avocado Reubens, breakfast sandwiches, Beyond burgers, Chicken wraps, and more, you’ll never get bored from the options here! All sandwiches are served with either potato salad, pasta salad, coleslaw, blue corn chips or carrot and celery sticks. You can also substitute the bread with Millet & Flax bread or a gluten-free wrap for a small upcharge.

Chicken Pesto Panini
Chicken Pesto Panini

Over the past couple of years, I’ve had my fair share of sandwiches from Rollin’ Oats Cafe, but my all-time favorite is the Chicken Pesto Panini with tomatoes, kale basil pesto, roasted red pepper, grilled onions and mozzarella on herbed focaccia. This sandwich is very flavorful. The kale basil pesto has a robust flavor, the chicken is perfectly tender and the mozzarella melts everything together.

Side Salad and Side Pasta Salad
Side Salad and Side Pasta Salad

The side pasta salad is seasoned so well and is a great addition to this lunch. Eating only half of the panini and the pasta salad filled me up, but of course, I was tempted with another smoothie!

Healing Green Machine Smoothie
Healing Green Machine Power Smoothie

The Healing Green Machine Power Smoothie is a blend of bananas, coconut milk, pineapple juice, and Vibrant Health® Green Vibrance. I slurped this down so fast! I really enjoyed the slight banana taste with a sweeter pineapple kick too.

Southwest Bowl
Southwest Bowl

Move over Chipotle, Rollin’ Oats Cafe has a much healthier and tastier bowl that I’ve fallen in love with! The Southwest Bowl is southwest three-bean chili, romaine, tomato, cheddar, sour cream, pickled jalapeno, and creamy vegan garlic sauce. You have the choice of grilled or blackened chicken breast or organic tofu. I went with the grilled chicken breast which was tender and juicy. You can also make this into a wrap, like a burrito. The Southwest Bowl has so much character and is very bright and flavorful.

Grab and Go Blackened Chicken
Grab and Go Blackened Chicken

I know I can’t be the only one who just can’t master the simple task of cooking good chicken at home. Luckily, there are options in the grab and go section that makes it easy to have yummy blackened chicken, and other prepared meats, at your fingertips. Having this in my fridge made it really convenient to whip up a quick salad and toss the chicken on top. The seasoning was just the right amount where it gave it a kick but nothing too crazy!

Not only does Rollin’ Oats have an amazing cafe, but they also have a bakery! The bakery where the magic happens is at the South Tampa location and they make all-natural bread, muffins, specialty cakes, and other yummy desserts with gluten-free and vegan options always available.

Banana Bread

The Banana Bread caught my attention and I couldn’t pass it up. I’m glad I didn’t because it was so moist and comforting.
