Interview with Juya Ebrahimi from Copper Shaker

Welcome to the St. Petersburg Foodies Podcast Episode 50! Our featured interview today is with Juya Ebrahimi, the Chef from Copper Shaker in downtown St. Pete. Copper Shaker is well-known for their craft cocktails, and jovial staff, but they are a hidden gem when it comes to food, and Juya puts out some amazing eats. Our musical guest today is Rebecca Zapen. We will feature her song about making Shepard’s Pie, titled “Tiny & Strong” after she answers The Fast Five Foodies Questions. We start the show off with a fabulous summer recipe for chillin’ by the pool, at the beach, and for your Labor Day party – move over avocado toast – Peach & Tomato Toast is taking over!
