Tryst – Amazing Jambalaya!!

First published on 4/29/2016

Dinner last night at Tryst was delicious! I had the Jambalaya: chicken, gulf shrimp and andouille sausage over creole rice. It was some of the best I have ever had and… spicy!

Kevin had the Blackened “Scottish Style” Salmon: tillamook cheddar anson mills grits, fried okra, smoked plum tomato sauce and collard greens. Kevin said the blackening was a nice medium spicy and the grits passed the test. “Very tasty overall.”
