We had an amazing dinner at Parkshore Grill on Thursday night.
We started with local oysters made with BBQ and topped with Pork Belly. So good!
My dinner was a grass fed local ribeye steak with amazing Mac and cheese and Zucchini.
I had leftovers so the next morning I made a steak/mac & cheese hash, that was just delicious, for Sunday Funday brunch.
Kevin had fresh local Grouper over Brie cheese grits, which Kevin called ingenious.
Chef Tyson does it again!
