At The Birchwood's Birch & Vine Restaurant, two of my favorites are the Niman Ranch Lamb Meatballs - Greek cheese stuffed lamb meatballs, roasted red pepper-raspberry sauce, pecorino, scallion - spicy & sweet at the same time!
Another favorite is the Sous Vide Butter Poached Lobster - Bradley’s truffle grits, tomato, fried leeks, vanilla bean & myers's rum butter.
